Restaurant Martin Wishart
When Michelin Chef, Martin Wishart undertook to extend his premises, Mortonís were involved right from the start.

As Martin applied the same meticulous detail to the planning of the kitchen as he does to every dish that leaves it, the project was over two years in planning.

The centre pieces of the kitchen are the bespoke manufactured Charvet range from the heavy-duty French specialists and the custom designed Morton Servery with its Granite worksurface, pass-through hotcupboard and two tier quartz heated gantry.

Undercounter refrigeration was also used extensively to maximise refrigerated storage without sacrificing valuable worksurface.

Each individual piece of stainless steel fabrication by Mortons was also carefully designed to be as practical and functional as possible, with templated corners, tapered and angled sections.
